With a diverse team spread across 35 countries, Game7 is seeking a dedicated and skilled Community Steward to oversee and support its lively gaming community.

About the Role

According to job description, the Community Steward at Game7 will play a important role in fostering an inclusive and dynamic ecosystem. This position is remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while engaging with a global community. Key responsibilities include managing Discord operations, organizing community events, and driving engagement across various platforms.

Discord Management and Growth

Oversee all events on the Game7 Discord, including AMAs, game nights, and community handouts.
Ensure a positive atmosphere and vibrant engagement within the community.
Collaborate with the engineering team to implement bots and strategies that enhance member interaction.
Rebuild and manage the server to accommodate over 500K users.

Customer Service and Community Strategy

Own the customer service aspect on Discord, ensuring timely responses and effective solutions.
Manage a team of moderators and coordinate with the Head of Community to evaluate performance.
Develop and implement community growth, engagement, and retention strategies in collaboration with different departments.
