Support Events Team: Assist with swag-related duties, coordinating with internal administrative and procurement teams.
Vendor Management: Source vendors, manage contracts, and oversee budget for swag items.
Order Coordination: Maintain an organized swag request tracker, coordinate requirements with business units, and arrange deliveries.
Inventory Control: Track stock levels and arrange restocking based on marketing requirements within budget.

Requirements

Attention to Detail: Essential for successful execution of responsibilities.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and effective communication skills to work with internal stakeholders.

Language Skills: Fluency in English required; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
